Working together

Co-Management Model

Prof Jeffery values the referring clinician's relationship with their patient. His co-management approach is built on clear communication and prompt correspondence.

Your patient. Your relationship.

When you refer a patient to Prof Jeffery, you remain part of the clinical team. The practice is built on a model of genuine co-management — not the one-directional specialist consultation that leaves referring clinicians out of the loop.

Prof Jeffery communicates consistently and promptly. He acknowledges referrals, sends consultation letters within the agreed timeframe, and returns patients to your ongoing care with a clear and documented management plan.

Where a patient requires ongoing specialist review, the shared care arrangement is documented and both parties are kept updated.
