Keeping your patient relationship intact

Prof Jeffery's practice is built on a respectful co-management model. He values the referring clinician's relationship with the patient and writes promptly after every consultation.

Referral letters are acknowledged within 48 hours. A formal consultation letter is sent to the referring practitioner within 5–7 working days of the consultation.

Every referred patient is returned to your care with a written letter setting out the findings, the procedure performed where applicable, and the ongoing management plan.

Letters are issued within five working days of the consultation.
