With Doumouchtsis SK, Khunda A, Franco AVM, Fynes MM. Prospective evaluation of 42 women at approximately 5-year follow-up following vaginal hysterectomy with modified HUSLS. Demonstrates sustained effectiveness: 33 women had no vault prolapse and 6 had only grade 1 prolapse, with satisfactory quality-of-life outcomes.
View publicationEfficacy and Complications of Intradetrusor Injection with Botulinum Toxin A in Patients with Refractory Idiopathic Detrusor Overactivity
First-author study. Prospective evaluation of 500U botulinum toxin A (Dysport) injected into the detrusor in 25 patients with overactive bladder refractory to standard treatment. 63% of patients reported continence at one week post-treatment, with significant reductions in weekly leakage episodes and improved quality-of-life scores.

With Lee JWS, Doumouchtsis SK, Fynes MM. Prospective study examining 131 women undergoing outpatient rigid cystoscopy. Procedure succeeded in 96.2% of cases with 42.7% showing abnormalities. More than 75% reported high satisfaction, supporting outpatient cystoscopy as a safe and cost-effective approach in urogynaecology.
